Brochan Oat Vodka’s elegant purity and smooth flavour makes it the perfect vodka for a sophisticated Dry Martini

  • To prepare the drink you will need:
  • 2 parts (about 60ml) Brochan Oat Vodka
  • ½ part (about 15ml) Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • Lots of good cubed ice
  • Twist of lemon peel

Chill your Martini serving glass (either briefly in the freezer or fill with ice and empty).

Add large cubes of ice and the Vermouth to a stirring glass or strainer and stir to coat the ice.

Pour any excess through a strainer keeping the coated ice in the glass before adding the Brochan Oat Vodka and stirring for 30-40 seconds to dilute.

Strain the cold spirit into the Martini glass.

Garnish with a long twist of fresh lemon peel.
